We provide online Japanese writing lessons and learning programs.

2. Booking and Payment

• Lessons must be booked in advance

• Payments must be completed before lessons begin

• Fees are subject to change

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least [24 hours] in advance

• Late cancellations may be non-refundable

4. Refund Policy

• Trial lessons are non-refundable

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Conduct

Students and parents are expected to:

• Participate respectfully

• Not record or distribute lesson content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials are the property of the instructor and may not be redistributed.

7. Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality education, but we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
